From ages 18 to 23, Taran worked a wide range of jobs, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every corner of the construction world. In 2022, he took a leap—launching the business with nothing but a pickup truck, an air compressor, and a nail gun. Today, T-Duncan Construction has grown into a full-scale construction company that can handle almost everything from the ground up.
